Tanel is a professional referral network that makes it easier to get referred to jobs through people you actually know. Instead of cold-applying, you create a profile for the role you’re looking for and share it with your network. People can accept your candidate profile and forward it to relevant contacts in their network. The idea is simple: turn your professional network into a referral network. I’m building it because I think a lot of great opportunities are lost simply because we don’t know who in our extended network could help.
